Erik is an experienced business litigation lawyer. He regularly appears in all levels of Court in Ontario. He has a track record of realizing his clients’ objectives in a timely and economically advantageous manner.
He regularly acts for private individuals, large and small corporations, trustees and financial institutions. While Erik secures court ordered remedies for his clients’ short and long term litigation goals, Erik also successfully employs mediation-based strategies where appropriate.
Erik is also an established and successful condominium litigation lawyer, having acted since his call to the Bar in 2002 for a large number of condominium corporations in both compliance and construction deficiency cases. In compliance cases, Erik has successfully appeared in the Superior Court for his condominium corporation clients and obtained mediation/arbitration based solutions under the Condominium Act, 1998 where appropriate.
