Jim represents a wide range of clients from small owner-managed companies to publicly traded companies. He serves as outside general counsel for many of the firm's clients, including advising their chief executive officer and board of directors. Jim participates in client's senior management team's policy and strategy formulation. Jim also oversees and directs litigation counsel in complex commercial litigation matters.
