David Jackson is a partner in the firm and specializes in commercial litigation and on banking with an emphasis on insolvency matters. He is the lead counsel in the firm's banking and insolvency group.
David acts as a legal advisor to chartered banks, credit unions,
trustees in bankruptcy, family and private businesses and individuals
with respect to financial restructurings, security realization and
insolvencies both within and outside of the courtroom.
Clients recognize David's commercial judgment and problem solving skills - he is formally trained as a third party in alternate dispute resolution and makes practical use of mediation in his practice.
He is a speaker to the legal and banking professions regarding banking, insolvency and restructuring issues.
