Kathryn Osborne is a Partner in the firm and is an accomplished business lawyer.

Her client base is comprised for the most part of closely held, owner-operated companies in many sectors ranging from family owned businesses to substantial multi jurisdictional operations. There are some notable exceptions to this, which are Canadian subsidiaries of large US multinational corporations, and a number of publicly traded companies. Kathryn appreciates the realities of entrepreneurial business and the role of a lawyer to these operations in adding value through business management based legal advice.

Recently, she was seconded at a large in-house legal department of a publicly traded corporation, which afforded her the opportunity to gain a corporate perspective of many day-to-day and complex legal issues including dealing with outside law firms.
