1917 - 2008 F. E. (Fritz) Wigle, Q. C., was a founding partner and partner emeritus
of the firm and practiced in the areas of real estate, commercial and
estate law.
While providing general counsel in those fields of law, his main
emphasis was on:
- mortgage financing on industrial, commercial, apartment buildings, and residences
- subdivision development and financing
- transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses and related financing
- preparation of Wills, Trust Agreements, and Powers of Attorney
- administration of estates, and acting as Executor and as Guardian in Mental Incompetency cases
Fritz has lectured in estate law and administration to the Hamilton Law Association, to the Estate Planners’ Councils of Hamilton and of St. Catharines, to the Chartered Life Underwriters Association of Hamilton, and in the Adult Education Program at McMaster University.
