The focus of our practice is on municipal, planning and development law. To this end we aim to develop solutions that are acceptable to our clients from a business point of view, while at the same time effectively address the concerns of municipalities and other approval authorities.

Our experience includes the land use approvals process, including municipal and provincial approvals and representation before the Ontario Municipal Board and the courts.
